There are 6 pieces of land allotted to 6 investment groups in the new development area and the project is 1 of 6 hot spring resorts.

As Secondary School, the Escola Secundária Emídio Navarro (ESEN) was recently included in a modernization program fund that financed the school’s functional revamp and expansion regarding its optimal performance
